What is your standard shipping policy?

We offer free expedited 3-day shipping on orders of $35 or more to customers in the United States.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we can only sell and ship to customers within the United States. 

 

How fast are each of the shipping rates?

Standard: 3-5 Business Days

Expedited: 2 Business Days

Priority: 1 Business Day

Shipping times are not guaranteed and are only estimates. Severe weather may impact the carrier's ability to deliver on time. 

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1 day.

 

How do I track my package?

A shipment notification with tracking details will be emailed to the email you provide during checkout. 

 

How do I contact you if something is wrong with my order (e.g. missing items, wrong item, damaged, not received, etc.)?
